The J3 Piper Cub Super Class RTF takes electric RC planes to a new level of realism and flight performance. Designed with 100% scale features like an aluminum tail wheel (with dual spring attenuator), life like wing and tail struts, engine cowling, clear molded windows and high quality rubber wheel landing gear. Powered by a 1200kv brushless motor running an 11.1 volt Lipoly 20c rated battery pack for a to speed at over 60mph at full throttle. Want to fly slow? The J3 Cub Super Class can easily fly around at 1/4 throttle (a slow 10mph) to suite the novice as well. The J3 Piper Cub Super Class was designed to  fly at both ends of the spectrum. This enables the novice to grow with the airplane as he or she learns to fly. As shown in the video, the J3 Piper Cub Super Class can be flown with mild aerobatics as one progresses in flying skills.

The J3 Piper Cub Super Class is able to take off grass fields with ease due to its larger sized rubber wheels. This also helps in providing realistic landings as well. The landing gear has a slight springy bounce to it so landings are not only cool but 100% realistic in its overall feel.

Made from super Durable EPP Foam that is several times stronger than standard styrofoam and is a little heaver giving better flight characteristics in the wind. That translates into a more stable aircraft that is less likely to have the wings tipping and bobbing in light winds. Easily fixable foam with any two part epoxy.
